Hi, I am Tamara Lee. I work out of our Mansfield office and also offer telehealth appointments, as well as in-person.

My journey

Tamara’s journey into counseling grew out of a genuine curiosity about people, relationships, and the ways our experiences shape who we become.

Born and raised in South Texas, she explored several educational paths—including math and music—before discovering that her true calling was in the helping profession. It was through that exploration that she found her way into counseling, where her interest in the complexity of human relationships could fully take shape.

She earned her Master of Science in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2009, graduating summa cum laude.

Tamara brings a wide range of professional experience, including work in private practice, with high-risk youth, in psychiatric and behavioral hospital triage, psychoeducational groups, relationship workshops, and within the law enforcement community. These diverse experiences have shaped her ability to meet clients in a variety of situations—with flexibility, insight, and care.

It took some exploration to find my path, but once I did, I knew I was where I was meant to be. It’s been a ride—and one that continues to grow and evolve.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, supporting clients through a wide range of experiences, including relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other everyday stressors. With experience across multiple therapeutic approaches, I tailor the work to fit you—finding what is most helpful for your unique needs.
