Hello, my name is Carolyn Evartt. Here’s a little bit about my background - I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Personal Management and Organizational Behavior. As many of us experience, my road was winding. While I have always been interested in helping people find “just what they want,” my internal compass started pointing a new direction. My life spotlighted Professional Counseling. It is then that I embraced my second career. I earned my Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Amberton University in 2015.
I work as a guide helping you navigate toward your future - making the changes and understanding the different shifts we all encounter along our way! I have a Humanistic Approach and I use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT). Additionally, I am a trained and experienced Energy Psychology practitioner. These paradigms work well to help with self discovery, healing and growth.
