Hi, I’m Hannah. I work out of the Burleson Renfro Office.
I believe there is real power in vulnerability—in allowing yourself to reach out when life feels too heavy to carry on your own. Healing is rarely linear, and often we find ourselves navigating challenges without the tools we need. My work is centered on creating a space where your experiences are honored, your voice is valued, and you feel supported as you move through your journey.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you.
Hannah’s path into counseling is rooted in a deep appreciation for relationships, resilience, and the impact of life experiences on how we connect with ourselves and others.
She was born and raised in a small town in West Texas, where her strong sense of community and connection first began to take shape. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. After moving to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she completed her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Woman’s University.
Her clinical experience has focused largely on working with individuals and families who have experienced complex trauma, as well as those navigating high-conflict relationships. This work has shaped her ability to support clients with care, steadiness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experience.
Hannah moved to Burleson in early 2020 and quickly found a sense of home within the community. She values being able to connect with and serve individuals and families in the area, and feels honored to be a part of their process.
In her words:
I’ve always valued connection and the role relationships play in our lives. Over time, that has grown into a passion for helping people navigate difficult experiences and feel more supported along the way.
I truly enjoy being a part of this community and feel grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside others as they work through their own stories.
It's meaningful to be able to support others in a place that feels like home.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based, client-centered, and emotionally focused. I believe that each person brings their own experiences, values, and inner resources into the counseling process, and I aim to create a space where those can be explored with care and respect.
I draw from approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural and Narrative therapies, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) when working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Together, we explore attachment patterns, relational dynamics, and the stories we carry—creating space to better understand them and relate to them in new ways.
I believe that many of the challenges we face are rooted in relationships, and that those same relationships can also be a source of support and healing. My work often focuses on helping clients better understand themselves within their relationships, while honoring the beliefs, values, and perspectives that shape their experiences.
I take a non-judgmental, non-pathologizing approach, especially when working with couples and families. I recognize that people develop unique ways of coping, and I aim to support what is healthy and meaningful while gently exploring what may no longer be serving you.
As a therapist I am passionate about empowering my clients as individuals and within their family systems.
