We all have ups and downs in life, getting stuck can happen before we know it.
And, taking a what seems like a wrong turn can land us in unchartered waters. It
can be scary -- especially if you've been there before! We wonder... how could it
happen again...how did it happen in the first place...how can it be different? We
have the resources to make the difference in our lives we are looking for.
I act as a guide to help you reach within and tap into your inner resources and
move toward a desired solution. Sometimes there's healing that needs to occur.
Sometimes there are protections that need to be honored. We shield ourselves for
a reason! Sometimes, you're almost "there," you just need a little direction to
move on to where you know you're going.
Practicing psychotherapy and helping people along their journey is my
calling...my passion. I believe the connections we make with people can
be life altering. So, I think it's important to have a good fit between
